How Oral Sedation Works
Oral sedation is a medication-based option used to help patients feel calmer and more relaxed before and during treatment. It is often recommended for individuals who feel more anxious about oral surgery or who would benefit from a deeper sense of ease while remaining conscious.
Drowsy, Relaxed, Still Responsive
This form of sedation is typically taken before the procedure and helps reduce anxiety, making the overall experience feel more comfortable and less stressful. Patients often feel drowsy and relaxed, though they are usually still able to respond to instructions.
